Secondo alcune fonti interpretative, queste aziende non rientrerebbero nel campo di applicazione dell'articolo suddetto. Qualsiasi sia il modello o Sistema di Gestione che si adotti, deve comunque rispettare i contenuti minimi previsti dall'art.7 del 231. I modelli proposti o adottati (enti, linee guida o ad hoc) dovranno senza dubbio prevedere un sistema disciplinare idoneo a sanzionare il mancato rispetto delle misure indicate nel
